E.I.B. FUNDING
The European Investment Bank provides loans on favorable terms to projects responding to the EU objectives. The E.I.B. provides two main types of products and services: “Loans” – to customers of all sizes to support growth and employment, often thereby helping to attract other investors; “Blending” – which allows customers to combine E.I.B. financing with additional investments.
The E.I.B. delivers loans above the limit of 25 million EUR, directly. For smaller loans E.I.B. opens credit lines to financial institutions which in turn grant funds to applicants.
INTERNAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
These are grants provided by the European financing programs or national programs managed by government authorities, on the basis of the National Programming Strategies through “Calls for proposals or projects”.
LOANS PROVIDED BY OTHER INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Research of specific EU funding schemes and participation in EU tenders.
Loans and grants awarded by other European and international organizations (World Bank, UN, NATO, WHO, Macro Regional Banks, etc.).
DEBT RESTRUCTURING
Definition and implementation of the financial agreement procedures for the renegotiation of the original terms of the debt.
MINIBOND
Support for the diversification of the financial exposure through issuing of securities for other investors, for the development of new programs and business projects.
